We here at Cage Burn recognise the unique space that we inhabit in this unique sport. We view the MMA world as our kingdom and all who inhabit it as our employees. They are the ones that create the content. We write about it.
But, for us to have content, we need colossal blunders from borderline insane people. The Cage Burn Employee of the Month Award will be presented to an employee who has gone above and beyond the call of duty in creating content for us.
Gregory was an outstanding employee during the month of April. A slow month for business saw a boom once Conor set his sights on improving employee – management relations singlehandedly. We also like to thank long-term employee Conor for recommending this close friend of his to fill in while he was on holiday. Both speak to what we here at Cage Burn strive to achieve on a daily basis.
Jason did exemplary work for Cage Burn this month. His role as a community liaisons officer requires him to reach out to local communities and institutions, such as small businesses and / or law enforcement. While March is the inaugural month for the award, had there been awards in the past, Jason would have likely won many. He exemplifies the Cage Burn spirit, adheres to all Cage Burn Bylaws (namely, conducting business while drunk and / or other) and shows no limit to what he’ll do to help the business.
